How Does It Work
Edit: After posting this review I started getting lots of emails from people who were basically asking me if the program will work for them. I decided to address this question in this post, where I also tell my story and go into detail on how I went from barely touching the rim to dunking. People were also asking questions about vert shock so I did a post on that too.

My Results

My Results
Being able to jump higher has improved my game significantly. Before using this program I was not able to block shots, rebound as effectively or dunk the ball, which I feel are so important components of being a good basketball player.
Now I can do all these things, I can dunk the basketball while in a game, I can rebound more effectively and I can even block guys who are 5-6 inches taller than me. As a bonus I’m also running and moving a lot faster on the court.
Overall I’m a much better player now than what I was and it’s all thanks to this amazing program.
I won’t bore you with much details but I’ll just say I’m very proud of myself, it’s been a hell of ride the past few months and it’s a huge accomplishment for me.
On this occasion I’m also happy to announce that I finally hit the 40 inch vertical mark and you’re about to see a ferocious dunker so buckle up.
