— Chia: Elizabeth Swann Miller describes chia as a superfood where one cup has 4.9 grams of omega-3 fatty acids. There’s also 4 grams of protein and 17% of your daily calcium needs. They also had a creamy texture to smoothies.
By squeezing the extract from these ingredients and combining it with red, purple, and blue fruits, you can make a powerful red smoothie.
One popular red fruit discussed a lot in Red Smoothie Detox Factor is the raspberry, which is loaded with antioxidants and anthocyanins.
